The WELCOME HOTEL is located right in the heart of Bad Arolsen the town which is also affectionately known as the -Versailles of Hesse- or the -Baroque Residence in the Country-. The hotel has 120 comfortably appointed rooms in three categories. For that all-round feeling of well-being the hotel has a Beauty & Wellness Centre offering a range of products and treatment, a pool complex which includes a bubble pool, a whirlpool, a solarium and a sauna area. An impressive array of culinary delights is offered in our -Schlossgasthof- and -Remise- restaurants. Our in-house -Plückers- bar or the -Orangerie- café bar are the ideal setting for a relaxing hour or two in the evening. There are also 23 conference rooms ranging in size from 20 m² to 350 m² available for the staging of conferences or events in the hotel itself or in the adjoining Residential Palace or the Bad Arolsen Museum. All venues are fully equipped with state-of-the-art conference tecnologies.

Journey directions (Car)
From Ruhr district / Netherlands: Take the A44 eastbound.
Exit the motorway at junction 64 (Diemelstadt) and
continue on the B 252 to Bad Arolsen (approx. 10 km)
From the north: Coming from Bremen/Münster follow the A1
southbound to the Dortmund – Unna interchange (junction
84). From here follow instructions as if coming from the
Ruhr district.
Coming from Hamburg, Hanover or Kassel follow the A7 to the Kasseler interchange. Take the A44 towards Dortmund exiting at junction 67 (Zierenberg), continue along the B251 towards Korbach. After approximately 5 km turn north onto the B450 to Bad Arolsen (approx. 20 km).
Coming from Berlin/Magdeburg: Follow the A2 towards
Hanover. At the Hanover East interchange (junction 48)
turn south onto the A7 towards Kassel. At the Kasseler
interchange take the A44 towards Dortmund exiting at
junction 67 (Zierenberg), continue along the B251 towards
Korbach. After approximately 5 km turn north onto the B450
to Bad Arolsen (approx. 20 km).
Coming from Dresden/Chemnitz: Follow the A4 towards
Frankfurt. At the Kirchheimer Dreieck (interchange) take
the A7 towards Kassel. At the Kasseler interchange take
the A44 towards Dortmund exiting at junction 67
(Zierenberg), continue along the B251 towards Korbach.
After approximately 5 km turn north onto the B450 to Bad
Arolsen (approx. 20 km).
Coming from the south: Coming from Frankfurt take the A5
northbound to the Gießen – Süd (south) interchange. Follow
the Giessen Ring Road to Marburg. After passing Cölbe
follow the B 252 via Frankenberg to Korbach. Continue on
the B 252 to Bad Arolsen.
In Bad Arolsen follow signs to the "Residenzschloss". The
Welcome Hotel is located next to the Residence.
