We act purely as intermediaries in our line of business. When a booking is made, the relevant contract is exclusively between you and the service provider concerned. The following conditions therefore apply to our mediating activity only and do not influence the conditions under which the related bookings are made. In the latter case, please refer to the relevant general terms and conditions of business of the hotels or service providers concerned. 

I. Our Services; Request to act as an intermediary

When completing the information fields and transmitting your request, you are asking us to locate an event-related service, which is to be carried out by a third party. Our search service is free of charge and you can cancel the search at any time without incurring any expense. 

II. Limited liability

We obtain the information contained on our website (hotel descriptions, prices etc) directly from the service providers concerned. We are not able to check the accuracy of this information. We are therefore unable to give any guarantees or assurances regarding the accuracy, completeness or current relevance of this information. The same applies to other information contained on this website which was obtained from third parties.

Neither do we accept liability for the availability or not of capacity.
